Do you have a hard time getting going transcribing documents? Getting started is the biggest challenge for most, if not all, article writers. Regardless of how many articles we have written in the past, we continue to have trouble getting the first line out on the screen. The first thing I generally do to assist in getting started is to build out an outline for my article. The outline gives a foundation and should make the rest of the method that much simpler. Get the outline complete and you will find that the remainder of the article writing process is much simpler and faster.

Put aside about 15 minutes and just write whatever comes to your mind without revising. Think about some concepts you want to cover and write supporting points for those thoughts. Review your notes and then band together your outline. When you arrange your outline keep in mind the objective of the article. Then determinate the main points you need to cover. As you come up with more supporting material, your outline will build. After this, create an intro for every one of your sections.

At this time you need to come up with a conclusion. The conclusion should be supporting of all the main points in your outline. You now should have enough content for a first draft for your article. Your revision process should be a similar process to your brainstorming. Just write without revising and don’t be bothered with perfection.

Understand that no-one will be reading your first draft. Your draft will later be turned into the article which will be the polished product. As you move through this process, you’ll see the article forming in front of your eyes. Always refer to the outline and let it be the central point to your article. An outline doesn’t only offer a plan for your article, it gives you a beginning point to work with.

Your article outline creation capabilities will be something you will refine with a little bit of practice. If you continue this process, you’ll be writing articles more effectively and quickly in almost no time.

Write a review on a book, experience, movie, TV show, or something you really liked or detested. Folks like reading sincere reviews.

Write tips on something you essentially know. You do not have to do much research. It can be something you heard about lately, some viewpoints and suggestions. Folks love tricks.

Find one or two questions people are seeking answers to. Do a tiny bit of research and answer their questions.

Write like you’re talking. You do not have to be a guru in writing, but just write whatever comes to mind, perhaps as if you were writing an email.

Choose a subject that’s in less competition with other articles. Rather than make money online or weight management, you might write an article on the only way to start a home care service business as an example.

Write a short paragraph about you at the end of your article. This should help people begin to know you better and build trust.
