I first sit down and relax when writing a new article. For supreme concentration take care of all physical needs first. You will get writers block at times. Some now this as freedom of expression. Just write whatever pops in your mind first. Humans tend to be perfectionist try to avoid this action with spelling and punctuation until your completely done. Tap your fingers on your key board without looking at the clock. You must write a minimum of three drafts so with your first ignore all mistakes. You will know when you can write no more this is the time to read your outline.
